The minimum deposit is RM50 for all payment methods. Withdrawals also require a minimum of RM50, with an estimated processing time of 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Bonus Terms
All bonus offers are subject to the wagering requirements set for each promotion. The 100% welcome bonus up to RM300 requires wagering of 20x the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.
Account Security

Failure to submit the requested documents within the set timeframe may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

Account Registration and Management
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at mycuci1 at any one time. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balance.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Required information includes your full name, mobile number, active email address, and other details as needed. It is your responsibility to keep all account information up to date.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
mycuci1 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. Available deposit and withdrawal methods are:

The minimum deposit for all methods is RM50. The minimum withdrawal amount is also RM50. Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the method chosen and the time the request is made.
All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the same user's name. mycuci1 does not accept any payment through a third party. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds on behalf of another person will result in the transaction being cancelled and the account being reviewed.
mycuci1 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for compliance and security review purposes. This hold period will not exceed the limits set in our internal procedures.
Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme
All bonus offers at mycuci1 are subject to specific terms set for each promotion. Users are responsible for understanding those terms before accepting any bonus.
Welcome Bonus: mycuci1 offers a first deposit bonus of 100% up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from bonus winnings can be made. For example: a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM100, making the balance RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 20 = RM2,000. For a deposit of RM800, the bonus received is RM300 (maximum limit), making the balance RM1,100, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.
VIP Programme: mycuci1 VIP members are divided into three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — each with different weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze tier: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
- Silver tier: weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
- Gold tier: weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
VIP tier upgrades depend on your betting activity and account record. mycuci1 also offers various other promotions such as cashback, referral bonuses, birthday bonuses, and special event promotions. Full details are available on the respective promotions pages.
Each bonus may only be used once unless stated otherwise. Misuse of bonuses, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in the bonus being cancelled and further action taken on the account.
User Responsibilities and Conduct
mycuci1 users are required to comply with the code of conduct set out on this platform. The following are strictly prohibited on mycuci1:
- Engaging in any form of fraud, software bug exploitation, or use of automation software
- Cooperating with other players to exploit opportunities in games (colluding)
- Opening multiple accounts to gain advantage from bonuses or promotions
- Threatening, insulting, or harassing customer support staff
- Using a mycuci1 account for money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process

Account Suspension and Closure

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support. For users who need a break from betting activity, mycuci1 provides a self-exclusion option that allows you to block access to your account for a set period.
Once an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance in the account is subject to review. Balances obtained through illegitimate means will not be returned.
Dispute Resolution

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

This platform is provided "as is" and mycuci1 makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption at all times. Technical issues, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may cause the service to be temporarily unavailable.
mycuci1 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of expected profits, or losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. mycuci1's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the user's net deposit amount in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
